Padavalanga Curry

This Padavalanga Curry (Snake Gourd Curry) is extremely simple to prepare and goes wonderfully with rice. If you need a quick curry for rice, this is a great homely recipe. At my house, we cook most of the gourds quite regularly.

Snake gourd has anti-inflammatory properties, excellent for diabetes, and wards off constipation.

This is one simple yet tasty preparation where everything goes together into the pot and cooked together. A simple paste is prepared with grated coconut and added to the curry, then simmered shortly and then tempered. I hope you will try this recipe.
