Stir-fried vegetarian side dishes are part of my daily menu. We are constantly trying to make different combinations and simple healthy additions to the diet. Since we eat rice almost daily, vegetarian side dishes are always good. These dishes are great with roti and chapatis as well.

- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- Large pinch of Black Mustard seeds
- 1 green chilli, slit
- 1 sprig of fresh curry leaves
