Veg Biryani – Vegetable Biryani, is one of the most overlooked recipes. So many recipes out there produce bland and tasteless rice dishes. So many incorporate unnecessary steps, because after all it is a Biryani and needs to be labour intensive!
Veg Biryani is an extremely useful recipe to have. It goes well with any side dish. It helps for when your Vegetarian friends are joining in the party your hosting, and the menu is mostly comprised of non-veg items. It is fast, simple and easy on cleanup, because the dish washer is you!
I have tried so many ways to make a good Vegetable Biryani, but was never satisfied. And then I decided to take things down a notch. Simplify and go minimalistic, and lo and behold, I was tasting and extremely fragrant and tasteful Biryani.
My youngest who is the pickiest eater alive, said she would like this Biryani from now on, when I first served it for her.So try the super quick and easy recipe. Which is why it is such a good one!
You can use your own choice of vegetables, but please try this combination first.. you can cater to your taste from this recipe.
