‘ Thenga Kothu Beef Fry ‘ or Malabar Beef Fry ( with coconut bits ) is a specialty in Kerala roadside eateries. Just the thought of it brings back nostalgic drool to anyone who knows Kerala Food.
Here, I am sharing an extremely simple Malabar version, using two special ingredients, fenugreek seeds, and pandan leaves. The taste is simply awesome and for how easy it is, it’s a keeper of a recipe.
