Assalamu Alaikum dearest, Alhamdulillah we a had delighted full iftar yesterday as I had invited my brother in law family also for iftar all enjoyed the hot hot Al baik style broasted chicken. Indeed I felt happy so many years wanted chicken recipe atlast got made thanks to you and your blog. I used ready made hummus and kubs and cucumber tomato fresh salad.

Nowadays, whenever I am planning to do a non veg dish first I search Shana’s kitchen :)(RAS)

I tried chicken biryani, beef curry, nadan chicken curry, kozhikodan biryani – my Ikka loved the biryanis a lot and a lot. I replaced my own biryani which was a hit with everyone .Am sure your recipes will be super cool and tasty so without any doubt, I can try even for unexpected guests.

Mam tried your kozhikodan chicken biriyani and tandoori chicken. I was not able to take a pic of biriyani as the whole pot of biriyani was eaten up within no time by the guests, so only Tandoori chicken… Both dishes were extremely delicious
