How to make Seared Salmon in Coconut Cream Sauce – Recipe at a glance:

• Marinate Salmon fillets and sear in Olive oil on both sides to the desired doneness.
• Prepare seasoned coconut sauce and allow it to thicken.
• Cook the seared fillets in the cream sauce for a while and then garnish.

• 2 Salmon fillets  (250-300 gms each)
• 1 tsp Paprika, divided
• 1/2 tsp black, pepper divided
• 1/2 tsp garlic, powder divided
• 2 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Tbsp Butter
• 200 gms Coconut Cream
• 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) water
• 2 shallots, minced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• Half of 1 chicken (bouillon) stock cube
• Fine Red pepper flakes
• 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Chopped parsley
• Salt to taste
