How to make Seared Salmon in Coconut Cream Sauce – Recipe at a glance:
- Marinate Salmon fillets and sear in Olive oil on both sides to the desired doneness.
- Prepare seasoned coconut sauce and allow it to thicken.
- Cook the seared fillets in the cream sauce for a while and then garnish.

- 2 Salmon fillets (250-300 gms each)
- 1 tsp Paprika, divided
- 1/2 tsp black, pepper divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic, powder divided
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 200 gms Coconut Cream
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) water
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Half of 1 chicken (bouillon) stock cube
- Fine Red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
