Watermelon Punch Recipe
The most refreshing and easiest to make Fruit Punch. It really lifts up and refreshes!

Ingredients:
Watermelon (8 cups of chopped watermelons, worth) | 1 small or a Quarter of a Large | |
Fresh pineapple | 4 thick round slices | |
Strawberries | 6-8 | |
7-up / Sprite / Soda | 2-3 cans | |
Fresh mint leaves | A handful |
Method:
- Use a melon baller, to make as many pretty watermelon balls as possible from the watermelon at hand. Add to a punch bowl or pitcher.
- Add all the remaining watermelon, to the blender.
- Add the pineapple and strawberries( stem removed ).
- Blend for a minute till completely pureed.
- Use a colander, to strain away any bits of stubborn pineapple.
- Pour this over the balled watermelon. Add the mint leaves.
- Cover tightly with cling film and refrigerate till ready to serve.
- When serving, garnish the glasses with a melon ball and/or pineapple slice and mint leaf, along with a cocktail pick ( to eat the watermelon pieces ).
- Pour in the punch along with the melon balls. Leave some space ( 1/4 part of glass) , to top up with 7 up. Serve quickly. Now is that refreshing or what???
