Prawn Tikka | Shrimp Tikka
Description
Prawn tikkas are made with skewered shrimp marinated in a spicy blend of hung yogurt, ginger, garlic, and a variety of spices. The skewers are then grilled or broiled until the shrimp are cooked through and the marinade forms a flavorful crust. The result is a tender, succulent, and incredibly flavorful dish that is perfect for a starter or main course.
