Peanut Masala / Salad
My favourite Poolside snack.. after an evening of swimming or as a late evening snack on any day. Crunchy and Savory.

Ingredients:
Roasted, unsalted peanuts or groundnuts | 1 cup | |
Tomatos (deseeded - small diced) | 2 | |
Red onion, very finely chopped | 1 small size | |
Coriander leaves, finely chopped | 2 -3 Tbsp | |
Red Chilli powder (or to taste) | 1-2 tsp | |
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) | 2 Tbsp | |
Chat masala | 1 tsp | |
Oil ( a drizzle) | As needed |
Method:
- To a non-reactive bowl, add the chopped onion, tomato, chat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
- Stir to combine drizzling some oil.
- Just before serving, add the roasted peanuts. Toss well.
- Sprinkle the coriander leaves and chilli powder, all over the top. Serve immediately.

Notes:
Notes: Non – ReactiveBowl:: A glass, ceramic, or stainless steel bowl, not an aluminum or cast-iron one. Non-reactive bowls should be used while preparing and storing dishes, such as dressings or marinades, which contain acidic ingredients such as vinegar or lemon juice.
