Peanut Masala / Salad

Description

Peanut Masala is more than just a snack; it's a symbol of relaxation and enjoyment. It's the taste of summer, the flavor of good times, and the perfect way to unwind after a refreshing dip in the pool, or an evening snack to make for friends.

  1. To a non-reactive bowl, add the chopped onion,  tomato,  chat masala,  salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir to combine drizzling some oil.
  3. Just before serving, add the roasted peanuts. Toss well.
  4. Sprinkle the coriander leaves and chilli powder, all over the top. Serve immediately.

Note

  • Non-reactive bowl: A glass, ceramic, or stainless steel bowl, not an aluminum or cast-iron one. Non-reactive bowls should be used while preparing and storing dishes, such as dressings or marinades, which contain acidic ingredients such as vinegar or lemon juice.
