Moroccan Style Baked Salmon

Preheat oven to 200ºc / 395ºF .

Pat dry salmon fillet. Rub well with the red chilli paste, garlic paste, lime juice and salt to taste.

Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper( for easy cleanup), and lightly greased with olive oil.

Sprinkle the Ras el Hanout and dry mixed herbs over the top. Press gently into the salmon.

Drizzle olive oil over top.

Bake for 20-30 min, till the desired doneness.
Note
- If you do not have all the dried herbs, you can use just dried fenugreek leaves. It is a good option.
- Key Ingredients: Salmon, Chilli Paste, Spices, Dried Herbs, Garlic, Salt, Olive oil.
