Moroccan Style Baked Salmon
A quick and easy Baked Salmon with delicious and spicy Moroccan flare!

Ingredients:
Salmon fillet | 300 gms | |
chilli paste ( check out link to video above) | 2 tsp | |
garlic paste / finely minced garlic | ½ tsp | |
Ras el Hanout spice mix ( see link to recipe above) | ¼ tsp | |
mixed dried herbs ( equal quantities chives, parsley, coriander and fenugreek ) | 1 tsp | |
extra virgin olive oil | 1 tsp | |
lime juice | 1 tsp |
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200ºc / 395ºF .
- Pat dry salmon fillet. Rub well with the red chilli paste, garlic paste, lime juice and salt to taste.
- Place in baking dish lined with parchment paper( for easy cleanup), lightly greased with olive oil .
- Sprinkle the Ras el Hanout and dried mixed herbs over the top. Press gently into the salmon.
- Drizzle olive oil over top.
- Bake for 20-30 min, till desired doneness.
Moroccan Style Baked Salmon
Notes:
- If you do not have all the dried herbs, you can use just dried fenugreek leaves. It is a good option.
