It improves skin condition. It promotes hydration. Studies have proven that it promotes weight loss.
It aids digestion. Drinking warm or hot, lemon water can help to kick start your digestive system.

Ingredients:
Lemon (unwaxed) | One thick slice, including peel | |
Organic Honey | 1-2 Tbsp | |
Boiled hot water | As needed |
Method:
- For each glass of Honey Lemon: Add one slice of Lemon to a glass along with honey and pour over the hot boiled water.
- Rest for 1 minute for the flavor of lemon to be naturally infused into the water.
- Stir and enjoy Hot Honey Lemon.
- To make Iced Honey Lemon. Repeat steps 1. and 2. Add lots of ice into another glass and pour this infused hot drink over it. You may add a bit more honey if needed.
- Serve with a straw so that you can crush the lemon to add more flavor as you drink, according to taste.

Notes:
- Try different honey varieties to find out which you like better. Same with lemons and limes.
- When you get bored of this combination, Infuse more flavor by adding a sprig of mint, a dash of cinnamon, a slice of fresh ginger, or a sprinkling of turmeric!
- Indian yellow limes are perfect for Honey lemon, Just squeeze 1-2 Tbsp of the fresh juice, add honey, and top with boiled water. Here we do not add the sliced lime as it may cause the drink to become bitter.
