Dalgona Coffee
During th COVID -19 Pandemic, the Dalgona Coffee filled our Social Media feeds. A thick, creamy, frothy iced Latte. Have you been under the influence of Dolgana yet?

Ingredients:
Instant Coffee | 5 tsp | |
Caster Sugar | 5 tsp | |
Boiled Hot water | 6 tsp | |
Milk (for 2 average servings) | 240 mls | |
Icecubes | As needed |
Method:
- Boil water and set aside in a small bowl.
- Add the Instant coffee and sugar to a large-sized, dry bowl.
- Add 4 tsp of the boiled hot water initially.
- Use a handheld beater to beat until the colour changes slightly.
- Add 1 more teaspoon of hot boiled water.
- Beat again till slightly thickened.
- Add 1 last teaspoon of hot boiled water.
- Beat till a thick creamy, stiff peaked froth develops.
- Add ice cubes to glass cup, fill with just less than 3/4 cup milk. Top with the thick beaten coffee. Enjoy looking at it for a while.
- Stir well and drink!
- For hot Dalgona coffee, add to hot milk and stir through.
- Makes 2 servings.
