Crunchy Mixture Snack Salad
A snack and a salad combination that you will make more than once!

Ingredients:
Bombay Mix / MixtureDash | 1-2 cups | |
Red onion, diced | 1 | |
Tomato (deseeded, diced, and squeezed to remove juice) | 1 large | |
Corriander leaves chopped finely | 2 Tbsp | |
Cucumber-Optional (Deseeded and diced) | 1 small | |
Celery, diced- optional | ½ cup | |
Lemon juice - optional | 2 tsp | |
Salt (Only if you feel the need) | A Dash | |
Chat masala powder - optional | ½ tsp |
Method:
- Dice the onion, tomato, cucumber, celery(optional) and add into a bowl. (Squeeze out excess juice from tomatoes).
- Add 1- 2 tsp lemon juice only if you like it sour.
- Sprinkle chat masala ( if using).
- Mix well with a dash of salt.
- Just prior to serving, add the Bombay Mix and Corriander leaves. Toss and serve.

Notes:
- In the simplest form, all the salad needs is Mixture, Onion, Tomato and Coriander leaves!
- Chat masala chat or Chaat masala) is a spice mix, used in Indian and South Asian cuisines. It typically consists of dried mango powder( amchur), cumin, black salt, coriander powder, dried ginger, salt, black pepper, asafoetida (hing) and chilly powder.
Key Ingredients: Bombay Mixture/ Spicy Mixture, Tomato, Onion, Coriander, Optional Vegetables, Spice.
