This recipe is for 4 steaks of Salmon, but you can easily adjust the recipe, for any amount.
Just remember, it’s a thin layer of each ingredient for each steak of salmon. Really easy to remember!

Baked Dijon Salmon Recipe

This Baked Salmon is so delicious and succulent!
The flavors of the crisped shallots and garlic along with the perfect herb accompaniment, Tarragon in a Dijon mustard rub, just give this Salmon a lightly crisped outer crust while the salmon remains so deliciously moist and yummy! Salmon lovers, You must try it!
Try it once and you are bound to add to the ‘staples’.
It is also so terribly easy to whip up even at the last moment! Keep it simple for that mid-week quick dinner fix!
Ingredients
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°c/395 F.

Lightly brush a baking dish with oil or line with parchment paper.

Arrange the salmon, skin side down.

Rub the Dijon Mustard onto the salmon pieces, to coat completely. (Thin Layer).

Scatter the garlic, onion, tarragon/cilantro, salt, and pepper over the salmon surface to evenly distribute. Press down gently on ingredients.

Drizzle with olive oil over the top.

Bake 20-35 Minutes to the desired doneness. It's so delicious!
Note
- You can serve this baked salmon either plain or with any dressing of choices like a watercress and parsley dressing.
