How to make this Fish Curry Powder – Recipe at a glance:

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 1/4- 1 1/2 Tbsp Fennel seeds
- 3/4 – 1 Tbsp Fenugreek seeds
- 3/4 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 3/4 Tbsp Chana dal
- 5 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 4 1/4 Tbsp Chilli powder (mild Kashmiri chilli powder)
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
- 3/4 Tbsp White pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt Crystals
