Kerala Thenga Aracha Meen Curry – Version 2
My earlier Kerala Thenga Aracha Meen Curry, (recipe here ) is quite popular. Here is Version 2 or what I call Red Thenga Aracha Meen Curry. This shows, how versatile the recipe is and can be catered to different tastes.
In the previous version, a larger amount is made, using a wet grinder. The curry is finished off with a little coconut milk or cream, making it yellower in colour than Version 2.
Here, in Version 2.. we have a more orange or reddish curry. Both curries are so simple and yummy. It all just boils down to the mood. Any fish can be used. I have used Kingfish in the video.
