Grape Squash / Grape Cordial

When you really need to beat the heat, Cordials or Fruit Squashes are really the way to do just that! Just add water or spritz (soda water) to the concentrated juice syrup and you’re good to go!

I love this ‘ Grape Squash / Grape Cordial ‘ especially. You can make it  ‘ au naturel’ and keep it in the fridge for over a week, longer if frozen OR you can use preservatives if you are making a large batch for storage in those hot – hot months. Great if you have a big box of grapes and don’t know how to use them.
