Easy Kerala Chicken Curry | Bachelors Cooking
So this is an Easy Kerala Chicken Curry that is perfect for Bachelor cooking. That does not mean it lacks in flavor – not one bit! Now, for the Kerala bachelors out there, I applaud you. I know that Kerala men are some of the most, capable in the kitchen… The love for food just gives you that kitchen instinct, I suppose. I know many of you who visit my blog, married or unmarried ..if you are cooking for yourself or your family, you fall into my Bachelor cooks section.
And hey, this is a super easy Kerala-style chicken curry that is just as great for my girlfriends who want to make something really quick – all the same! Just throw in some basic whole and powdered spices, fewer onions than we usually need, and use a pressure cooker to get yummy results. It’s so quick and easy! I will usually make this on days when I have left the cooking to the last minute and don’t have the energy to think of something or preplan so much.
My husband does not fall into the category that is comfortable in the kitchen. He has probably cooked a handful of times in the 20 years, we’ve been married. I don’t mind it though.
The kitchen is my domain, and I prefer no one to interfere there:)
But, to youngsters out there, I really recommend that you share in the cooking duties, it provides for a different kind of bonding between couples. Wives will appreciate a man who can take on dinner duty every now and then!
