Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed but intact
  • ½ cup spring onions (white part) or White onion, chopped
  • ½ cup beans or snow peas, cut into 4 cm/1.5”
  • ½ cup carrots, sliced into rounds or half rounds
  • ½ cup cabbage shredded into large strips
  • ½ cup cauliflower/broccoli/potato( any or all) cut into small piece
  • 1 Tbsp  chopped up celery leaves
  • 2-3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce/vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornflour mixed in 3 Tbsp water (no lumps)
  • 2 Eggs – lightly beaten with salt and pepper -optional
