Chicken Pakora Recipe (Chicken Pakoda)

This Chicken Pakora Recipe is a must-try. Super quick and simple and tasty too! Hot and crisp coated deliciously seasoned chicken fritters.

Pakoras are small, savory fried snacks that are a beloved part of South Asian cuisine. They are typically made of chopped or shredded vegetables(onion, cauliflower, potato, spinach, etc…), cheese(paneer),  or poultry which gets coated or (mixed into) a batter made from chickpea flour. They are deep-fried to make a crispy, savory finger food that is hugely popular all around the Indian subcontinent.

As a popular fast, food, they have gained popularity in the West as well.

The pakora goes by other names too, according to region, like ‘pakoda, pakodi, bhaji, bhajiya, bora, and chop’. Generally speaking, the term pakora is more widely used in the Northern part of India and Bhajji(Bajji) in the South.

These chicken pakoras will disappear as soon as you serve them. And serve them hot!
