- 600 gms Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 200-250 gms Swiss brown Mushrooms
- 2 medium-large-sized Potatoes
- 2 medium-sized Carrots
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 2 Sprigs of fresh Thyme
- 2 Tbsp fresh English Parsley
- 200 ml Kara Coconut Cream
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2-3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground Allspice
For Coating and pan-frying Chicken:
- 1/2 cup Plain flour
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
For the Pie Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 85 gms cold-unsalted Butter, cut into cubes
- 65 ml Kara Coconut cream, chilled
- 4-7 Tbsp ice-cold Water
