Recipe at a glance:
- Make dark Caramel.
- Beat with Evaporated Milk.
- Chill.
- Make whipped cream.
- Fold in the chilled mixture (after scraping/beating a few times from the freezer, at intervals) into the whipped cream.
- Freeze till set.

- 1 can (400 gm/310ml) Evaporated milk
- 400 ml Whipping cream (chilled)
- 5 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
