This in my recipe book is the best Pizza Dough Recipe,
I love how it can be used to make thin-crust OR thick-crust Pizza, depending on how it is rolled out and baked. Using a pizza stone is highly recommended. I suggest investing in one if you are a serious Pizza lover. Using a pizza stone you can mimic the results obtained from a real wood-fired brick pizza oven. However, you can still get great results with this recipe using a regular pizza pan or even a baking tray.

- 4 1/2 cups unbleached All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil (plus for brushing)
- 4 1/2 tsp Active Dried Yeast (two small packages if you are using Fleischmann’s)
