Just get the minced meat. And they couldn’t be simpler to make! And for how easy they are to make, they taste simply superb. Moist and full of flavor! Try them, please! How to make Best Beef Kebabs – Recipe at a glance:
- Prepare fresh bread crumbs , from wholemal bread.
- Finely chop/process, onion, green chilli pepper and tomato.
- Add this along with spices, cilantro and egg to the minced beef.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Shape into kebabs and grill till done.
Ingredients:
- 600 gms minced beef /kheema
- 2 medium red onions
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 long, mild green
chilli peppers - 4 slices of wholemeal bread (see notes)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 large handfuls, finely chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil / EVOO for grilling.
