Ingredients: (Double recipe as needed)
- 1 fillet of salmon – must be at least 300 gms
- 1 Generous Tbsp horseradish cream (Heinz)
- ¼ tsp rock salt
- ½ tsp fresh pepper
- 1 Tbsp red chili paste (made from dried red chillies – boiled and ground to paste)
- 1 small kaffir lime leaf, chopped thinly.
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced.
Method:
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon.
- Spread the horseradish sauce all over. Give the salmon a nice massage!
- Place in oven proof dish lined with grease proof paper.
- Spread the minced garlic and chilli paste as well.
- Sprinkle the remaining ingredients all over the surface (salt, pepper, dill, lime leaf).
- Bake at 200 ºc / 392 ºF for 25 minutes.
